How do bee-keepers get honey?

Experienced bee-keepers use two ways of honey getting:

  • Centrifugal way. To get honey produced by the bees specialists use special equipment. With the help of it the honey substance is extracted from the bee cells with the minimal harm for the insects and its house.
  • Cells way. It is considered to be barbarous because for it you have to break the cells. Moreover using this way you waste much wax which also has big value. Nevertheless there are many bee cells lovers.
